Is there a right time to introduce myself?

On a few occasions when I go to college I see this girl i like that I haven't actually met/talked to before. On the occasions I see her she always looks shy and i'm worried that if I talk to her, she might feel embarassed, or she may not have the time to talk... so is there a right time to introduce myself?

In my experiences time is right if we make it right. If you like somebody, go and introduce yourself. Dont wait until the chances blown away. Show them that you really like them. Life is short. So, dont waste and always think positive. Go on and take a risk. Life is always taking a risk.
